Elizabeth "Beth" Mollberg, 52

Elizabeth “Beth” Loraine Mollberg, 52, of St. Paul, lost her battle with cancer surrounded by her family and friends on Sunday, December 11, 2022, at St. John’s Hospital in St. Paul, MN.

Beth was born to Melvin and Wanda Mollberg on June 25, 1969. She attended Harding High School in St. Paul. Beth’s devotion was being a mother and grandmother. She loved walking, driving around, swimming, listening to music, coloring and cooking. She had a love for animals and feeding birds. She also loved family get-togethers and visiting both of her parent's homeplaces: Baudette, MN and Jacksonville, FL.

Beth is preceded in death by her daughter’s husband, Roberto Villarreal Junior.

Beth is survived by her children, Alyssa (West) Villarreal, Anthony West, Amondo West , Atatiana Lopez and Aubreyana Davis; her parents, Melvin Paul Mollberg and Wanda Pearl (Botsford) Mollberg; and grandchildren: Jaden Dodge, Julius West, James Rivers, Jimani Rivers, Jaxson Contreras, Kingsley Rivers, Luciano West, Valenciano West, Dakota Apple
