Potato Potential: Annual Scandinavian Bake Sale another success

Before the sale can begin volunteers worked to peel, and cook potatoes, make Lefse dough, roll and cook the rounds in preperation for the sale of these Scandinavian treats. Photos by Meg Hemmingson.
