Helen Mae Alberg, of St. Paul, MN, passed away at the age of 97 on September 7, 2026.
She was born in Roosevelt, MN, on May 8, 1929, to Gust and Hanna Pederson.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents Gust and Hanna, her husband Evall Alberg, sisters Evelyn and Irene, brothers Sidney and Harry, as well has her very special friend Frank.
Helen is survived by her children: Allen (Tanja), Sharon (Chris), and Holly (Mike) Dovich; and her four grandchildren: Alexandra, Bronson, Mitch, and Jack.
Helen loved her family dearly, and she loved the Lord, with her faith being of the utmost importance. She loved picking blueberries and was an incredible cook. Helen was known for her cheerfulness and positivity. She will be dearly missed.
A graveside burial will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Maplewood, MN at 11 a.m.
