Timber Mill Splash Pad

Baudette, Minnesota

The City of Baudette, Minnesota, will receive sealed Proposals for the Timber Mill Splash Pad

project, until 2:00pm Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the office of City Clerk, City Hall, 106 W.

Main Street, Baudette, MN 56623-0548, at which time all proposals will be publicly opened,

and read aloud.

The Project involves installation of a new recirculating and U.V.-filtered splash pad system.

All Proposals must be in accordance with Documents prepared by:

Proposal Specifications will be available by the end of the day April 2, 2026.

information. An optional paper set of project documents may be obtained from the Engineer at

the address stipulated above upon a non-refundable payment of $70.00 for each set.

Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid price must accompany each Bid.

The successful Proposer will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond

guaranteeing faithful performance and payment of all bills and obligations arising from the

performance of the Contract.

be in its best interest.

No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of forty-five (45) days after the date fixed for

opening.
