NOTICE OF BID

Lake of the Woods (LOW) Independent School District No. 390, Baudette, Minnesota, is presently soliciting competitive “Prime Contract Bids” for Lake of the Woods ISD 390 School 2026 Renovations BP-2 – Window Supply Only. Sealed bids will be received electronically via Building Connected, then publicly opened and read aloud. No other agent is authorized to receive bids. Bids will be received until 2:00PMlocal time, on Tuesday, April 20, 2026, at which time they will be publicly read aloud. Bidders are also invited to review the results online at https://www.krausanderson.com/trade-partners/.

All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids. It is the intention of the Owner to purchase the windows directly as sales tax exempt.

This portion of the project involves new windows.
