PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
LAKE OF THE WOODS COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT / PLANNING COMMISSION

There will be a Lake of the Woods County Board of Adjustment/Planning Commission hearing on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' Room of the County Government Center in Baudette, Minnesota. The Board may also be conducting lot viewals on September 2, 2025, starting at approximately 4:00 p.m. The Board will consider the following requests:
Tyler and Hannah Peterson Government Lot Six (6), Section Six Applicant is requesting an Interim 
(6), Township One-hundred Sixty (160) Use Permit as required by Section
North, Range Thirty-three (33) West (Potamo) 1106 of the Lake of the Woods
– Parcel ID# 28.06.32.000 County Zoning Ordinance to 
operate a short-term vacation rental in a Rural Residential Zoning District (R2).

Buell Consulting, Inc. The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Applicant is requesting a 
on behalf of Lake Area Quarter of the Southwest Quarter Conditional Use Permit as
Construction, Inc. (SE¼SW¼SW¼), Section Twenty required by Section 401-C
    (20), Township One Hundred Sixty-two (162) of the Lake of the Woods County
North, Range Thirty-two (32) West (Wheeler) Zoning Ordinance, to operate
– Parcel ID#19.20.31.000 a commercial communications 
tower in a Rural Residential 
District (R2).
