Kathy Senti, 67

October 15, 2024

Katherine Anne Senti, 67, passed away at her home in Williams, MN on September 27th, 2024.

Kathy was born on February 18th, 1957, to Charles and Marie Senti in Littlefork, Minnesota.

She was raised in the country with her two older siblings, Kris and Ed, where she spent many hours outside playing. Kathy was never afraid to get dirty and nothing scared her. One of her favorite things to do as a little girl was to hang out in the barn with the cows.

Kathy graduated from Littlefork High School in 1975 and worked a few odd jobs before starting her career at North Star Electric where she worked as a Work Order Clerk. She retired in 2014 but even after retirement, she cherished the friendships she had with the ladies she worked with.

In 1982, Kathy married Tom Charlton and together they had two children; Benjamin and Laura Charlton. Kathy loved being a mom and it was something that came naturally for her. Together, Kathy and Tom had many friends and made a lot of beautiful memories together and with their children.

On January 1st, 2001, Kathy married Gary Hull and together they built their dream log home on a property with acreage where she could continue to enjoy the outdoors she loved so much. In her marriage to Gary she became a bonus mom to four amazing children; Chrissy, Cyndi, Michael and Robert.

Kathy was known for being an outdoors woman who loved to hunt, fish, trap and dark house spear. (And she was dang good at all of them.) Another one of her many talents was taxidermy. Aside from all that, she took pride in her many flower beds, plant hangers and vegetable gardens. You could also often find her in a blueberry patch.

Kathy was an amazing cook and she loved to bake. Everything she made in the kitchen was delicious and her secret ingredient was always love. She loved to cook for her family and other people that meant so much to her. You could always find homemade treats like blueberry pie with ice cream in her kitchen. And during the holidays you could always expect some fresh peanut brittle. Some of her other hobbies included diamond willow wood working, cross stitch and making homemade lamps.

One of Kathy’s favorite memories was when she went and worked at Kettle Falls after retirement and got to meet her good friends Ryan, Mark and “Krispy”. She talked about them and her time up at Kettle almost everyday.

Kathy was a bonus grandma to nine wonderful grandchildren whom she loved deeply. In 2023 her first biological grandchild, Mila Marie, was born. Kathy absolutely adored Mila and Mila was the light of her world.

Kathy is survived by her son, Benjamin Charlton (Kelley Timmer) of Williams, MN and by her daughter, Laura Charlton (Kory Williams) of Littlefork, MN. Granddaughter, Mila Marie, Brother, Ed Senti of Littlefork, MN and sister, Kris Coulter of Littlefork, MN. Her good friend, Gary Craig. Her bonus children Chrissy (Jason) Draper, Cyndi (Nathan) Heibel, Michael (Benjamin) Hullerus, Robert (Sarah) Hull and bonus grandchildren Jasmine Draper, Alcia Draper, Madie Draper, Brinley Heibel, Ericka Hull, Braylee Hull, Charlton Hull, Paislee Timmer and Izabella Vanhale.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, Charles and Marie Senti and Tom Charlton.
