LAKE OF THE WOODS COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT / PLANNING COMMISSION
There will be a Lake of the Woods County Board of Adjustment/Planning Commission hearing on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' Room of the County Government Center in Baudette, Minnesota. The Board may also be conducting lot viewals on July 2, 2024, starting at approximately 4:00 p.m. The Board will consider the following requests:

West (Wabanica) – Parcel ID# 23.52.01.080 Ordinance to allow the
construction of a garage at less than the required fifty (50) foot setback from Oak Harbor Drive.
