NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Baudette Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on, Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. in the Baudette City Council Chambers, 106 Main St. W, Baudette, MN. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear from staff and anyone else interested and to thereafter make a recommendation to the city council regarding an

application to rezone a portion of the real property located at 713 County Road 1 SW (Lake of the Woods County PIO 64-1011-000) (herein, the "Property"). Specifically, the owner has made an application to rezone approximately the eastern nine acres of the Property from AG, Agriculture and Forestry Protection District, to 1-2, Medium Industry District. Anyone desiring to be heard regarding this application may speak during the public hearing. Written comments may also be submitted by mail to: City of Baudette, PO Box 548, Baudette, MN 56623. Any comments received prior to 3 :00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing will be presented during the hearing.

A copy of the land use application is available for inspection at Baudette City Hall during regular business hours.
