Gary Warnken, 72

Gary Warnken of Baudette passed away tragically on October 6, 2023, at the age of 72.

Gary Lee Warnken was born on September 23, 1951, to Rudolph and Edna (Woodard) Warnken in Baudette, MN.

Gary worked through his life at the Hasbargen Farm for Kenny and Roger Hasbargen, Jack's Sawmill, and he worked with Albert Hasbargen logging. He loved to visit with people, read, and volunteer. Gary cared about everyone and knew everything going on in the neighborhood.

He is survived by his sisters Betty (Charles) Besser, Rose Drohan, Judy (Raymond) Seigrist, Jean Fuller, Joyce Warnken; and brother John (Tania) Warnken

Gary was preceded in death by his father and mother, Rudy and Edna; sister, Irene Ethridge; and brothers-in-law Ernest Drohan and Dean Fuller.

A Graveside Service for Gary Warnken of Baudette was held on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at the Border Cemetery just East of Baudette. If raining services will be conducted at the Border Church.
